The mission of the AIB Wellness Club is to enhance organizational wellness by nurturing interest and encouraging members to initiate or expand healthier lifestyles, provide diverse wellness programs to meet a wide range of personal health needs, recognize members for participating in healthier lifestyles activities, and develop a positive culture that is focused on celebrating and improving the quality of life for all members.
The AIB Wellness Club offers its members many ways and opportunities to get involved. Our main focus of the AIB Wellness Club will be on the steps they take throughout their day and while exercising. The AC staff has set challenges for members to reach with the number of steps they take in a week. Goals reach anywhere from 25,000 steps to five million steps over a year time span. With each goal our members reach, they will receive rewards. These rewards vary from t-shirts and water bottles to personal training sessions.
